Turnout.ch may process and use the data collected during the conclusion of the contract to fulfill its obligations under the purchase agreement and for marketing purposes. Furthermore, for certain payment methods, customer data will be forwarded to the payment service provider for invoicing or payment processing to Turnout.ch.

The data necessary for the performance of the service may also be passed on to commissioned service partners (logistics partners) or other third parties.

However, third parties may only use the data for the fulfillment of the order and not for their own marketing purposes.

Turnout.ch accepts no liability for the security of data or its use by third parties/partners.

The data will be shared and used for verification purposes with other external companies (logistics partners) in cooperation with us.
