- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- The original packaging should be included if possible.
- Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns.

- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty).
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the return, the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
