Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal:

6.1

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The deadline is met if the customer sends written notice of withdrawal to Turnout.ch by email (info.turnout@gmail.com) or letter (Sägestrasse 1, 9506 Lommis) within this period. No reason for the withdrawal is required.

6.2

Exercising the right of withdrawal leads to the cancellation of the contract. The customer must return the goods within 10 calendar days, in their original packaging, unused, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note, to the return address specified by Turnout.ch (Sägestrasse 1, 9506 Lommis).

Returns to Turnout.ch are at the customer's expense and risk. Any payment already made will be refunded to the customer within 20 calendar days, provided Turnout.ch has already received the returned goods or the customer can provide proof of shipment. Please note that credit card fees may be deducted from the refund (see section 4.4).

Turnout.ch reserves the right to demand reasonable compensation for damage, excessive wear and tear or loss of value, as well as for increased expenses for the transport of the return delivery, and to deduct the reduction in value or expenses from the purchase price already paid, or to invoice the customer accordingly.

Deduction of credit card fees from refunds

Should a customer cancel an order or exercise their right of withdrawal, Turnout.ch reserves the right to deduct any credit card fees incurred in processing the payment from the refund amount. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The deduction corresponds to the actual costs incurred by Turnout.ch in processing the credit card fees.
