We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Return policy:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
• The original packaging should be included if possible.
• Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns.

Here's how the return process works:

• We will send you the return address and further instructions.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty).

Refunds:  After receiving and inspecting the return, the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Faulty or damaged items:  Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately – we will find a quick solution.

Returns are only accepted if the item is unworn and undamaged.
